Process Engineer (m/f/d) - Electrical Characterization

Responsibilities:

To strengthen our team at the Itzehoe location, we are seeking an experienced Process Engineer (m/f/d) specializing in Electrical Characterization. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

- Independent management of the process module 'Engineer Electrical Test & Characterization.'

- Definition and implementation of control strategies for the process module.

- Monitoring and control of processes.

- Development and qualification of new processes.

- Evaluation and specification of new equipment and consumables.

- Technical coordination of other area-specific projects.

- Training of production staff.

Profile

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Successful degree in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, or a related field with a focus on semiconductor technology/physics or microelectronics.

- Good knowledge of semiconductors.

- Very good English language skills in both written and spoken form.

- Proficiency in standard PC software (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Committed and effective team player.

- Strong communication skills, independence, flexibility, analytical thinking, quality awareness.
