The firm is seeking a talented IP litigation associate to join their team in Orange County. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent writing skills, and experience in intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patent law. They will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and assisting with trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for intellectual property law and a strong work ethic.

Key Requirements:

• Top law school credentials
• Excellent writing skills
• 2-4 years of intellectual property litigation experience
• At least some patent litigation experience
• Undergraduate degrees in engineering or similar fields (preferred, not required)

Starting Salary:

$235,000 - $365,000 annually (based on experience and other factors)
