Roles & Opportunities:

Mid-Level (2-3 years)

• Collaborate with leading PE/m Life Science and Tech clients.
• Craft and negotiate employment and separation agreements.
• Lead workplace investigations.
• Advise on a spectrum of employment issues, including disputes and negotiations.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years in management-side employment law, with a passion for litigation.

Senior-Level (4-6 years)

• Manage complex litigation cases.
• Develop employment-related agreements and policies.
• Conduct detailed workplace investigations.
• Provide expert counsel on diverse employment law matters.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience, with substantial litigation expertise.
• Experience in corporate transaction support is an asset.
