Hybrid Position

Our client, a mid-size regional law firm, is searching for an Associate Attorney with experience in bank regulatory, securities, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate transactions.

Experience within a law firm setting in one of focus area or securities (Securities Act & Securities Exchange Act), mergers & acquisitions (M&A), or banking regulations required.

Education Requirements

• Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.

Licensure/Certification

• Active member of the NC Bar, or another state Bar with willingness to become active in NC.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of practicing attorney experience post JD and Bar. Must have minimum of relevant experience within a law firm.
