This role involves working within a prominent litigation practice that manages high-profile cases in federal and state courts across the nation. Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in complex business litigation.
• Skills: Mastery of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, managing and/or supervising litigation cases, and significant courtroom experience. Second chair trial experience is preferred.
• Licensure: Must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in California.
• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, including complex motion practice and client interaction.
• Academic Credentials: Strong academic credentials required.

Compensation

• Estimated salary range: $240,000-$350,000 per year.
