Position: Labor & Employment Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)

Location: San Francisco, CA

Experience: 5-7 Years of Employment Law Experience

A highly respected international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Labor & Employment practice in San Francisco. The firm has been recognized on Fortune’s Best Places to Work list for 22 consecutive years and is known for its collaborative and inclusive culture. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about building their practice and working creatively with clients to find effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bar Admission: Must be admitted to the California Bar
• Experience: 5-7 years of employment law experience, including employment litigation, court appearances, and depositions
• Preferred Experience: Prior work with an AmLaw 100 law firm
• Skills:
• Strong academic credentials and legal writing skills
• Experience with single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits, wage and hour matters, and client counseling
• Proven ability to draft the following:
• Motions to compel arbitration
• Discovery requests and responses
• Oppositions to motions for class certification
• Long-form settlement agreements in wage and hour class/collective actions
• Separation agreements, offer letters, arbitration agreements, and PIIAs
• Experience conducting labor due diligence on M&A deals is highly preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $310,000 to $420,000, depending on experience and qualifications
