Job Summary

BloomThis is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. You will be owning the planning, execution and analysis of all email marketing campaigns for BloomThis — from planning campaigns to building layouts, deployment, and reporting. The ideal candidate is organised and possesses an eye for design while being analytical.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute BloomThis’ email program, including; creating/segmenting lists, building email layouts, tagging links, scheduling emails, setting up tests
  • Improve email KPIs: deliverability, open rate, click rate, conversion rate, opt-out rate, revenue, as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns
  • Research new email marketing strategies
  • Plan monthly email calendar
  • Plan, build and setup email acquisition/lead gen campaigns
  • Plan, build and setup email flows/automations
  • Plan, build and setup email campaigns weekly
  • Test new email strategies (A/B tests)
  • Generate weekly/monthly email performance reports
  • Analyse email performance weekly
  • Brainstorm product & campaign ideas with the team


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an email marketer
  • BA in mass comms or related field
  • Highly creative, imaginative and curious
  • Experience in Klaviyo or other ESPs
  • Strong understanding of email best practices
  • Knowledge of e-commerce email strategy and creation
  • Experience working on an e-commerce email program
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize
  • Strong communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage various projects at once in an ever-changing environment, while working well with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for continuous improvement
