Mid-level Associate - Structured Finance

Location: Los Angeles/New York

A leading AM Law 200 firm is in search of a talented mid-level associate to join its structured finance practice in either the Los Angeles office or the New York office.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Minimum 4 years of experience within a law firm focused on structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar financial structures.
• A well-rounded background with experience across diverse asset types and structures (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Bar admission in the candidate's preferred office location (Los Angeles or New York) is a requirement.

The starting base salary for this position is from $200,000 to $365,000 annually. 

Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
