Job Description Summary:

A highly respected national law firm with a strong focus on technology and life sciences is seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join its growing team. With over 150 litigators across multiple offices, the firm is widely recognized for handling high-stakes disputes for some of the most innovative companies in the world — from disruptive startups to Fortune 50 giants. Position Details:

We are seeking associates with 3 to 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Copyright litigation
• Trademark disputes
• Trade secret misappropriation
• Consumer class actions
• Complex commercial litigation

Candidates must demonstrate:

• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• A high level of initiative and sound judgment
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment

Bar Admission Requirement:

Applicants must be admitted to the bar in the state corresponding to the office location applied for, or be eligible to sit or waive in to the next bar exam.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $260,000 – $390,000
• Performance-based discretionary bonus eligibility
