Mid/Senior-level Estate Planning Attorney (Non-Partner Track)

Location: New York

Our client is an Am Law 200 firm committed to attracting, retaining, and promoting talented individuals with backgrounds from a wide range of backgrounds. Their Private Clients Department is in search of a mid to senior-level non-partner track associate/department attorney in New York. 

The successful candidate will work business owners, families, and individuals to create personalized estate plans and accomplish their management goals. 

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in trust and estate planning and administration
• Experience in estate, income and gift tax planning for high-net-worth clients (individuals, trusts, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations).
• Master of Laws L.L.M. in taxation (good-to-have)

Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is as as follows, in accordance with applicable Federal and State laws. These ranges are the firm's good faith estimate and may be subject to change. 

• Albany, NY: $119,000 to $148,000
• Long Island, NY: $150,500 to $184,000
• New York, NY: $192,000 to $244,000
• Rochester, NY: $119,000 to $148,000 

The position also offers a standard benefits package with the possibility of additional contingent compensation based on performance, location, experience, and qualifications.
