Full Stack Developer (QA/Testing Focus)

The Role

We are looking for an automation engineer with a strong desire to build a high-quality SaaS platform to join our fast-growing team. You will need to be a focused and motivated individual who will be part of a team responsible for development tasks and quality assurance testing. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about software development and strong knowledge of TDD methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product development team to achieve high product consistency throughout releases
• Help plan and implement CI/CD pipelines as we move towards automated testing in PHPUnit and Dusk.
• Developing and maintaining test cases throughout the release cycle.
• Engage in thorough testing of new developments.
• Design and execute QA tests using scripts that automatically test functionality.
• Collaborate with development/product teams to understand how automation can improve workflow.
• Write clean, functional code on both the front-end and back-end to develop features and integrations.
• To develop, maintain and execute detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases.
• To define and deliver testing (functional, non-functional, regression, integration, black box/ white box) across the landscape of the service.

Experience

• Extensive experience in Laravel (> 3 years) and Vue
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD and knowledge of TDD approach
• Strong experience with AWS services highly regarded
• Love to solve problems.
• Enjoy working and contributing to a remote team using tools like Slack and Trello.
• A keen attention to detail.
