Global Finance Resident Attorney

Location: Boston, MA

Our client's Global Finance Practice Group is seeking to hire a resident attorney to be based in the Boston, MA office. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in corporate, real estate, or commercial finance, securities, municipal finance, securitization, structured finance, or a combination of one or more of those areas.

Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services. 

The Corporate Trust Team is involved in some of the most innovative financial and securities transactions, and some of the most publicized litigation and bankruptcies in the securitization and bond markets. The core team knows this business inside out, with a full support team of litigation, bankruptcy, securities and tax attorneys who are experienced in corporate trust, finance and securitization.  

Through the Resident Attorney program, our client provides an opportunity for candidates with less traditional backgrounds to develop their legal skills by gaining meaningful work experience. Resident attorneys complete a 12-month apprenticeship with a heavy emphasis on training, education, and mentorship. After their first year in the program, resident attorneys may choose to renew their participation for another 6 months to a year, join attorney ranks, or pursue other opportunities outside of the Firm.

In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is as follows.
