Immigration Partner Attorney

Location: Florida

Our client is a leading AM Law 200 firm with a history of high-quality legal service in over 30 practice areas and eight offices in Florida. 

The firm seeks a bilingual Immigration Partner to join the practice group in Florida. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing immigration counsel to a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Work with partners and senior associates on employment-based (temporary and permanent) and family-based immigration petitions and applications.
• Represent clients before the USCIS (U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services), consular offices, and other government authorities.
• Represent clients during visa processing, including E-2 Treaty visas (investors and managers), O-2 visas (extraordinary ability), and L-1 intracompany transferee visas (executives, managers, and specialized knowledge).
• Cultivate and manage a strong book of business.
• Provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience practicing immigration law in a law firm setting.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Exceptional legal writing and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Membership in the Florida Bar or active pursuit of licensure.
• Portable book of business.
