The Litigation Department is seeking a mid-level associate to join the Complex Disputes and Government Investigations & White Collar Defense practice groups in Long Island, NY. This position offers the opportunity to engage in sophisticated litigation matters within an innovative and collaborative environment.

With roots dating back to the 1850s, the firm has grown to around 600 attorneys across 15 offices in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Its full-service platform allows attorneys to do impactful work across numerous areas, including corporate, real estate, government investigations, healthcare, and intellectual property.

What You'll Do

• Engage in broad litigation work, including internal investigations, depositions, legal research, drafting pleadings, court appearances, and managing large-scale document productions
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys on high-stakes cases across various forums, including mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution methods
• Build client relationships and take on significant roles to drive professional growth

What You'll Need

• 3-6 years of broad litigation experience, including internal investigations
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Judicial clerkship experience preferred
• Strong academic credentials, superb judgment, and communication skills
• Commitment to providing excellent client service
