Associate/Counsel - Real Estate, Junior/Senior

Location: New York

A prominent AM Law 200 firm is recruiting junior, mid-level, and senior Real Estate Associates and Counsel to join their thriving practice. The firm offers exciting opportunities for attorneys with experience in sophisticated real estate finance or traditional 'dirt' real estate transactions. Successful candidates will be team-oriented individuals with exceptional writing skills and a strong academic background.

The firm is looking for candidates with expertise in one or both of the following areas:

• Real Estate Finance: Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in complex transactions, including mortgage loans, mezzanine financing, intercreditor agreements, and preferred equity investments.
• 'Dirt' Real Estate: Expertise in a range of transactional matters, such as joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, ground leases, and development projects.

Requirements:

• Admitted to the New York state bar.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Experience in either Real Estate Finance or 'Dirt' Real Estate transactions, as described above.
• References will be required.

Compensation:

• Junior to Mid-Level Associate: $225,000 - $390,000 annually.
• Senior Associate: $420,000 - $445,000 annually.

Final salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.
