About the role:


Join our team as an Enterprise Sales Manager and play a key role in driving sales for our cutting-edge AI-powered visual defect classification software to large & complex enterprises with multi-geo manufacturing operations. With relevant sales experience and knowledge of AI, you'll have the opportunity to hit the ground running and drive growth in the market. Here’s what you’ll do

  • Identify target markets and customers; develop a sales plan, own and deliver/exceed all quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Develop, execute and improve effective sales strategies, pitches, and technical demonstrations that showcase unique value propositions and lead to the growth of a high-velocity pipeline in your assigned territory, an increase in close rate, and a controlled sales cycle.
  • Adopt a highly consultative approach and lead senior executives through the sales process. Become a domain expert for c-suite leaders and directors in the areas of manufacturing yield, operations, and automation from high-tech manufacturing (primarily in semiconductor fabs, assembly, and test sites).
  • Serve as the primary customer contact across key stakeholders throughout their life cycle. Engage with key decision-makers to identify true champions and understand their decision-making process.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and ongoing insights from markets, customer & user profiles, product needs on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Build long-term relationships, identify and execute expansion opportunities with an account
  • Attend networking events, and trade shows (live/virtual)
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional, cross-geography teams


Here's what you'll bring

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of successfully closing five and six-figure deals for complex technology with large and complex accounts.
  • A highly motivated individual who can handle the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, and then effectively build and manage a team
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Working knowledge of MEDDIC (an advantage)
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles of 6 months+ in length
  • A highly coachable individual with a growth mindset.
  • International sales experience in the target market, specifically in fabs and assembly sites, and prior knowledge of the territory
  • A track record in the Manufacturing operations technology space (a distinct advantage)
  • Proficiency in Pipedrive, Salesforce, and other sales enablement technologies
