Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience representing commercial and investment banks, debt funds, and/or other regulated or non-regulated lenders.
• Strong background in securitization, syndication, and/or participation of commercial mortgage, construction, and/or mezzanine loans.
• Exposure to the representation of commercial real estate developers, owner/operators, and borrowers is a plus.
• Licensed to practice law in New York.

Expected annual base salary range: $350,000 - $430,000. Actual compensation will vary based on qualifications, relevant experience, and work location, among other factors.
