A leading U.S. law firm is hiring a mid-level associate (3–6+ years) to join its Capital Markets practice in Charlotte. The team handles a broad range of structured finance and lending matters, including CLOs, syndicated loans, asset-backed lending, and securitization. The firm seeks attorneys with strong law firm training and a desire to take on substantive deal responsibilities.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • 3–6+ years of experience in structured finance or lending
  • Experience with any of the following:

  • ☐ Syndicated or asset-backed lending
  • ☐ CLOs, ABS, or CMBS (preferred, not required)
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent academic credentials

  • Current admission to a U.S. jurisdiction

Compensation:

$260,000 – $420,000 base salary, depending on experience. Bonus eligible.
