Commissioning Manager (Lead / Senior)

Responsibilities:

• As a Commissioning Manager (m/f/d), your main responsibility will be leading setting-to-work (STW) activities and port tests according to the schedule.
• You will be accountable for weekly status updates, planning, and forecasting.
• Conduct a thorough comparison between planned and actual work performances for commissioning, identifying potential risks related to deadlines, costs, and quality.
• Provide support in developing, documenting, and presenting the STW and testing plan, led by the sub-project management.
• Oversee the planning and control of subcontractor services, manage the testing and delivery of the jacking plant, and coordinate work with responsible site engineers and schedulers.
• Efficiently handle document management, including preparing delivery documentation, test drives, and executing inspections.

Profile:

• Successful completion of studies in process engineering, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or an equivalent education is required.
• Possess knowledge and experience related to the design, delivery, or construction of chemical or petrochemical plants.
• Demonstrated high level of quality awareness, adherence to standards, and assertiveness.
• Strong affinity for analyzing process flows and effectively mapping them for documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to interact persuasively with colleagues and other employees.
• A structured approach to work, proficient in common MS-Office products, and confident in both written and spoken English are essential for this role.
• Willingness to work abroad is a desirable trait.
