Overview: Our client is an established plaintiff-side employment law firm operating in multiple states. They continue to grow organically in established offices and are adding new offices. This firm has optimized internal process, systems, and technology to maximize the quality of services they can provide for their clients while increasing their efficiency among the team. Their established and proven systems will support this attorney establish operations in Richmond. This team has a healthy culture across their firm and work well together across the firm independent of locaiton.

Current Need - Experienced Employment Attorney:  This firm wants to add an office in Richmond, VA and seeks an experienced, senior attorney with solid employment law experience. The ideal candidate will be an established attorney who has clients or at least a pipeline of clients and who has the ability to develop business while providing worldclass employment law services to clients. The firm will augment business development efforts with their proven marketing practices that will grow a healthy client pipeline over time.

Education Requirements: Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.

Licensure/Certification: Active member of the VA Bar.

Experience Requirements:

• Solid experience and knowledge of Employment Law.
• Defense-side experience is ok if the attorney wants to shift to represent plaintiffs.
• Legal business development experience and preferably has an existing process or plan to grow a client base.
