Location: Multiple Offices (Rochester, NY or Albany, NY)

An Am Law 200 firm with a nationally recognized Project Finance and Public Finance practice is seeking an associate to join their Rochester or Albany offices. This is an opportunity to be part of an innovative team handling a wide range of financing transactions for municipal, healthcare, educational, and infrastructure projects across the country.

What You'll Do

• Work on innovative financing transactions with the Project Finance and Public Finance team
• Gain experience in secured lending, corporate finance, real estate, and public/project finance
• Opportunities to work on matters involving tax law and tax-exempt entities
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team environment
• Build relationships with clients and within the firm

What You'll Need

• Entry-level or up to 4 years of transactional experience
• Strong academic credentials, judgment, and communication abilities
• Commitment to excellent client service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
