Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum 2 years of experience in general commercial, securities, M&A-related, corporate governance, or antitrust litigation; SEC enforcement; or criminal and regulatory investigations
• Strong academic background and exceptional writing skills
• Licensed to practice in Charlotte, North Carolina
• Federal judicial clerkship is a plus

Expected annual base salary range: $250,000 - $360,000. Actual compensation will vary based on qualifications, relevant experience, and work location, among other factors.
