Summary
A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level finance associate to join its Media & Entertainment group. This position is open to the Los Angeles office.
Education
Bar Admission
- Admitted to practice in California
Experience
- 4+ years of entertainment finance experience at a law firm
- Experience representing lenders, borrowers, and other parties to debt and equity financing transactions
- Strong drafting and negotiating experience in senior secured lending focused on music, film, and TV financing

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements

Pay Transparency
The expected annual pay range for this position, if hired to work in California, is $310,000 - $390,000 per year. The compensation offered will depend on various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. A comprehensive package of benefits is offered, including medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k).
