About the Team:

  • Top-Ranked: Chambers and Legal 500 Band 1.
  • Broad Expertise: The practice includes bid protests, representing clients in disputes before the Boards of Contract Appeals and U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and handling court actions between contractors.
  • Exciting Work: The team deals with cutting-edge issues such as space-related procurements, corporate transactions involving major federal contractors, and high-stakes international subcontract negotiations for multi-billion dollar Department of Defense programs.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of three years in government contracts law.
  • Skills: Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities; capability to work independently and creatively; effective teamwork skills.
  • Special Consideration: Experience as a judicial clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit or the Court of Federal Claims, and academic training in government contracts law.


Requirements:

  • Academic Credentials: Excellent academic background and references.
  • Licensing: Must be currently licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C.
