Position Overview: The Banking Group in our Chicago office is seeking mid-level associates (graduating classes of 2021-2018) with general finance experience.


Job Requirements:

  • General Finance experience
  • Drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements, and other loan documents
  • UCC experience
  • General corporate experience


Qualifications:

  • High level of academic achievement
  • Solid law firm experience in banking and finance


Compensation: The salary range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
