JOB SUMMARY :

We are expanding and we need a Sales Manager to own revenue targets and grow our sales department to support our scaling efforts.


The Sales Manager is responsible for bringing in new business while leading a team of highly motivated sales individuals to achieve company revenue targets.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :


  • Manage the sales operations and acts as the point of contact for the sales team
  • Define team objectives and drive the team to hit key milestones to increase acquisition and activation
  • Responsible for account management, revenue expansion and contract negotiations
  • Provide recommendations to the team and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics
  • Connect, build, and grow relationships with existing clients; coach the sales team to connect, build, and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Making sure the sales team is setting appointments and closings through coaching and building systems
  • Oversee renewals of contracts with the Account Management team
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials and assist with onboarding new sales talent.
  • Track sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; improve funnel performance
  • Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies


KEY QUALIFICATIONS :


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 5-10 years experience in a Sales role (North America client experience is required)
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Experienced in managing sales team
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience collaborating and working with different cultures and backgrounds
  • Experience working with Hubspot or a similar CRM
  • Prior experience with marketing services and solutions is a plus
  • Fluent in English / Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
