Salary: $65,000 – $80,000

As a paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's attorneys throughout the entire life cycle of personal injury litigation. Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and perform case fact investigation.
• Prepare drafts of motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
• Maintain organized case files and document databases.
• Manage calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate with witnesses, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Assist attorneys in trial preparation.
• Perform any additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Proficiency in using Case Management software and MS Office.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
