Position Summary:

We are seeking a Part-Time Job Posting Specialist to format and publish job descriptions for law firms and technology companies. This is a flexible, part-time role with hourly pay based on time logged into our system. The ideal candidate has a strong command of English, familiarity with AI tools, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and adjust job descriptions to ensure they meet specific format requirements.
• Publish job descriptions accurately on various platforms.
• Utilize AI tools (including ChatGPT) for minor adjustments or efficiency improvements.
• Log working hours and tasks into the system for accurate tracking.
• Take initiative in identifying and resolving formatting or posting inconsistencies.

Requirements:

• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written) with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT, for streamlining tasks.
• Ability to work independently and follow formatting guidelines.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a capable laptop.
• Availability for flexible, part-time work hours.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience with job postings or working in recruitment systems.
• Basic understanding of legal industry job postings is a plus.
