The firm is seeking a mid-level finance associate to join its Project & Energy group, focusing on energy transition financing matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies, with proven expertise in tax equity and other renewable energy tax credit monetization matters. The firm is internationally recognized for its work in the Projects & Energy sectors, including novel financing deals in the energy transition space. Candidates should have strong academic credentials from nationally recognized schools and must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where they are applying.
Basic Qualifications:
In accordance with California’s, New York City’s, and Washington State’s Pay Transparency Law, the pay rate for this position, if hired to work in California, New York City, or Washington State, is $310,000 - $390,000. The compensation offered will depend on various factors, including geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
