About the Role:

The firm’s Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy team seeks an associate to join its practice, which involves representing distressed businesses and their creditors. Opportunities are available to develop skills in M&A, finance, or insolvency-related litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Represent companies and financial institutions in financial restructuring and bankruptcy processes
• Handle cross-border situations and related legal matters
• Opportunity to develop skills in M&A, finance, or insolvency-related litigation

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in financial restructuring and bankruptcy, or demonstrated interest in the field
• Bankruptcy clerkship experience is considered
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to providing extraordinary client service

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $215,000 - $250,000 per year
• Potential additional compensation based on performance, experience, location, and other factors
