Current Need - Experienced Employment Attorney: This firm is growing and seek a senior attorney with solid employment law experience. The Ideal candidates will be established attorneys who have employment law experience and ready to establish and grow a new office with the support of the firm. The firm will grow this office once the initial attorney is established. Attorneys who have defense side employment law experience are good candidates as well.

Education Requirements: Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.

Licensure/Certification: Active member of the VA Bar.

Experience Requirements:

• Solid experience and knowledge of Employment Law - must be able to handle cases throughout all stages.
• Defense-side experience is ok if the attorney wants to shift to represent plaintiffs.
• Established in VA. Richmond is preferred but other areas will be considered.
