Junior to Mid Level Patent Litigation Associate

Location: New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, Seattle, or Washington, DC

Salary: $235,000 - $390,000

An AM Law 200 firm with a nationally recognized patent litigation group seeks junior and mid-level associates (1-6 years of experience) to join their technology and life sciences practices across various offices (New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Washington, D.C.).

The team tackles patent litigation for clients ranging from startups to established companies in the technology and life sciences industries. They represent both patent holders and alleged infringers in federal jurisdictions throughout the United States, as well as in the Patent Office on parallel post-grant proceedings.

Qualifications:

• 1-6 years of patent litigation experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Strong communication, research, and writing skills
• Ability to take initiative and collaborate within a team 
• Degree or experience in technology or life sciences (a plus)

Salary Range: $235,000 - $390,000. The actual salary offered may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, licenses, and location.
