Work Location: Hybrid in the San Diego office
Requirements:
- Background in employment litigation.
- Strong academic qualifications.
- Knowledge of State and Federal fair employment laws, wage-hour laws, FMLA, and related laws.
- Experience in case preparation related to employment matters before state and federal agencies and courts.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to handle matters independently, including attending hearings, drafting and responding to discovery, drafting motions in federal and state court, and preparing cases for trial.
Compensation:
- Competitive salaries ranging from $175,000 to $250,000 per year for individuals located in San Diego.
