Corporate Associate (Mid-to-Senior Level) - Startup & Venture Capital

A leading Am Law 200 firm specializing in technology and life sciences is seeking talented individuals to join its dynamic corporate practice. With offices in Northern California, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Washington D.C., the firm supports technology and life sciences companies at all stages, from startups to publicly traded corporations.

Job Description:

Mid-to-senior level corporate associates with 3+ years of experience in sophisticated corporate law are invited to apply. The ideal candidates will focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation. Positions are available in the Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, and Washington D.C. offices.

Requirements:

• Experience or interest in technology and/or life sciences companies.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• In-house candidates with previous law firm experience are welcome.
• Out-of-state candidates are encouraged to apply.
• WA bar preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $260,000 - $390,000. The actual base salary offered may vary based on factors like qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location.
