They are seeking a Corporate Associate based in New York. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience, with a strong focus on complex M&A transactions, shareholder activism and defense, and corporate governance matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in M&A transactions and corporate governance.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school (class of 2018 or 2019 a plus).
• Licensed to practice law in New York
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Expected annual base salary range: $350,000 - $430,000. Actual compensation will vary based on qualifications, relevant experience, and work location, among other factors.
