Finance/Structured Finance Associate

Location: Chicago Office

A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its finance group in the Chicago office. Candidates should have at least three years of substantive experience in corporate and/or structured finance. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse range of bank and non-bank financial institutions, credit funds, and asset managers in financing transactions, including leading significant portions of those transactions.

Preferred qualifications include experience in structured finance, fund finance, and CLOs, although this is not mandatory.

Candidates should have strong deal experience gained at a large law firm. While the primary focus is on candidates for the Chicago office, we will also consider applicants for our New York and Charlotte offices. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their respective office location.

Salary estimated at $260,000 to $390,000
