Position Overview:

The New York and Washington D.C. office and is respectively seeking middle and senior-level associates (Class of 2020-2017) to join the Energy and Infrastructure Projects group.

Qualifications:

• Strong financing and/or M&A transactional experience required
• Experience with energy or other infrastructure development, finance, and/or acquisitions and dispositions preferred
• High level of academic achievement
• Passion for providing high-quality work product and service to clients

Compensation: The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $260,000-$365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
