The paralegal will aid in discovery, manage case files, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with court deadlines. The firm seeks a candidate with a solid background in personal injury litigation who excels in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• Minumum 3-5 years as a paralegal in personal injury or plaintiff’s litigation
• Proven ability to manage cases from initiation to resolution.
• Proficiency with case management software and legal research tools.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality work and advocating for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough support throughout the litigation process, including pre-litigation, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Oversee document management, including the collection, review, and production of documents.
• Draft, file, and organize legal documents while maintaining precise case records.
• Gather and analyze evidence, collaborating closely with clients to ensure all necessary information is obtained.
• Coordinate court filings and ensure compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys in developing case strategies and preparation.
