Description

The firm is currently seeking a litigation associate to join its Winston-Salem office. The firm has a robust litigation practice and handles some of the largest cases in the state and around the country. The firm is looking for an associate with 3-5 years of experience in complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation environment. Experience as a federal court clerk is especially valued. Preference will be given to candidates with deposition and court experience, as well as experience with legal research, drafting motions and briefs, managing complex e-discovery, preparation of deposition outlines and exhibits, and skills in fact investigation and fact development. Requirements

• Must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in North Carolina.
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
