FunNow is originated from Taiwan, the land where you experience the best food, entertainment, and leisure. We are an on-demand booking App that offers a guaranteed reservation with the best price point for attractive deals. What’s on FunNow menu are high-end hotels, fine dining restaurants and, spa/massage wellness centre. Due to our success in helping thousands of merchants to handle their reservations, we drew interest from Alibaba group who eventually invested 5 million US dollars last year, along with other prominent partners such as Line, Alipay, and Michelin guide.
FunNow has officially entered Malaysia in January 2019, with the capabilities of Taiwanese launchers and amazing local team members, we have achieved 5000 active users in the region. With this achievement, we are able to gain the trust of influential partners such as Citi Bank, UOB, and Maxis.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and retention.
● Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer segments, and market opportunities.
● Coordinate local team to develop targeted marketing messages and campaigns to reach and engage the target audience across various marketing channels, such as in-app, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
● Coordinate and supervise local marketing operations and oversee the creation of marketing materials and content.
● Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align the marketing team and marketing efforts with business goals.
● Optimize growth channels by A/B testing ideas, and analyze all aspects of the marketing channels to increase traffic, users and engagement.
● Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
● Continuously test and iterate marketing strategies to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
● Coordinate regular deep dives into marketing performance, build report models and analyze the performance of marketing efforts.
Ideal Candidates:
● Hands-on experience in growth marketing, digital marketing or related fields.
● Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer segmentation.
● A start-up attitude – problem solver, driven, highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, can-do attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required. Able to adapt to fast-paced and constantly evolving environments.
● Data-driven thinker with strong analytical skills - able to use data to optimize and deliver results.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams locally and globally.
● Proactive and always strive for better performance.
● Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Good command of oral and written communication skills in English is required. Good command of Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
