Job Overview: The Capital Markets department seeks an associate with at least three years of experience representing banks and financial institutions in matters related to master repurchase agreements, whole loan trades, and other secured lending transactions. The ideal candidate will have:

• Sophisticated law firm experience in warehouse lending transactions backed by commercial and residential real estate loans.
• Experience in structured repurchase transactions.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas (considered a plus): CRE CLO, CLO, CMBS, SFR, MSR, Whole Loan Trades, and other ABL finance.

The anticipated annual base salary range is $235,000 to $390,000. The actual salary offered will depend on factors such as the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, and job location.
