The firm's nationally recognized Labor & Employment Practice Group is seeking a skilled attorney to join their Long Island office. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that delivers creative, specialized, and real-world solutions to keep clients' businesses moving forward.

What You'll Do

• Join a diverse team of over 60 labor and employment attorneys to cover all aspects of the workplace
• Handle a varied caseload of labor and employment litigation matters
• Have the opportunity to take the lead on interesting and challenging cases
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment
• Build relationships with clients and within the firm

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of litigation experience, with labor and employment litigation experience preferred
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
• Stellar academic credentials and strong communication skills
• Self-motivation and a commitment to excellence
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Admission to the New York State Bar
