Junior Finance Associate

Location: Austin/Charlotte/Chicago/Dallas/Houston/San Antonio 

A leading AM Law 200 firm is seeking a motivated Finance Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their expanding Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of transactions across the credit spectrum within a collaborative and supportive environment.

This role offers the chance to contribute to a wide variety of finance matters, working alongside a dynamic team of experienced attorneys. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in general finance principles and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

The expected salary range for this position is $200,000 to $255,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and other job-related factors.

Requirements:

• Admitted to the relevant state bar.
• 2-4 years of experience in general finance law
• Experience in a BigLaw firm
• Excellent drafting and legal writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Enthusiasm for working on a diverse range of finance transactions.
