Key Responsibilities

  • Transactional Counseling: Provide strategic advice on antitrust implications related to mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions.
  • M&A and HSR Compliance: Deliver expert counsel on Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) pre-merger compliance and M&A activities.
  • Client Advising: Offer insightful legal advice to clients on antitrust risk management and compliance.
  • Litigation and Investigation Support: Collaborate with the legal team on antitrust litigation and government investigations.
  • Document Drafting: Draft legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and memoranda, with precision and clarity.


Qualifications

  • Education: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of antitrust law experience, particularly in M&A and HSR compliance.
  • Experience with large law firms or relevant government agencies is preferred.
  • Completion of a federal clerkship is highly regarded.
  • Skills:
  • Strong academic credentials and exceptional legal writing skills.
