Outside Sales Rep/Account Manager (Insurance Roofing/Roofing Sales)

Location: Daytona Beach, Florida

Salary: Starting at $50K/yr + Commission 

Our client seeks a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative/Account Manager to join their growing restoration team. In this role, you'll oversee the entire restoration process, from initial contact to project completion, ensuring exceptional customer service along the way.

Responsibilities:

• Master product and service knowledge.
• Generate leads through prospecting and networking.
• Track and report on lead activity.
• Present initial proposals to potential clients.
• Attend industry events and training sessions.
• Conduct property inspections, documenting damages and key details.
• Manage subcontractor bids and determine project scope.
• Prepare estimates and attend client meetings.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Be available for emergencies and manage projects until full payment is received.
• Secure signed contracts and collect progress payments.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly (Monday-Saturday).
• Monitor and oversee project progress, ensuring quality and completion.
• Upload project documentation into the company CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance roofing or roofing sales.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in technology and willingness to learn new systems.
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary (up to $500/week base + commission).
• $725 monthly car allowance.
• Tiered commission structure (earn up to 30% of gross margin).
• Full-time position with a fluctuating workweek.
