Mid-level Associate Attorney - Private Funds

Location: Chicago, IL

Our client, a leading Am Law 200 firm, seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join its private equity group.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 3-6 years of experience in fund formation, specifically working with private fund managers.
• Demonstrated expertise in drafting or reviewing private offering materials.

While the primary focus for this position is Chicago, applications from qualified candidates in New York, Charlotte, Houston, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Washington D.C will be considered.

The starting base salary for this position is from $200,000 to $365,000 annually. 

Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
