Role Overview: This position offers a unique opportunity to work on sophisticated structured finance transactions, with a focus on CLOs, ABS, RMBS, CMBS, and other related products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on the structuring and execution of complex structured finance transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including offering memoranda, indentures, and intercreditor agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and due diligence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide comprehensive client service.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory developments in structured finance.
  • Provide support to senior attorneys in managing client relationships and transactions.


Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in structured finance.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: CLOs, ABS, RMBS, CMBS, insurance-linked products, capital relief transactions, warehouse financing, repackaging transactions, and structured funds. General banking experience is a plus.
  • Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
