Job Summary:

A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Private Equity Group in the San Francisco or Palo Alto offices. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on a variety of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity investments, and other general corporate matters.


Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD)


Bar Admission:

  • Admitted to practice in California


Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with a top-tier AmLaw 100 law firm or the SEC is preferred.

The pay rate for this position is $310,000 - $390,000 per year, in accordance with California's Pay Transparency Law. The offered compensation will depend on factors such as geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.
