Candidates we are looking for will have had exposure to perform end to end support of custom applications, with exposure to trouble-shooting complex technical issues and not just providing business user support.

You will also need a strong customer focus and the ability to support their valued clients via email, telephone and on-site. On call support on a rotating roster is also a requirement of the role.
