About the Role

We’re seeking mid-to-senior level corporate associates (3+ years of experience) to join our Startup and Venture Capital practice. You’ll work with some of the most dynamic and fast-growing companies in the innovation economy, supporting clients through formation, financing rounds, strategic transactions, and day-to-day governance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a sophisticated corporate practice (law firm or in-house)
• Deep experience or strong interest in startup and venture capital work
• Familiarity with cap tables, SAFEs/convertibles, equity financings, and exit scenarios
• Strong academic background and outstanding communication skills
• Admission to the bar in the relevant office jurisdiction, or eligibility to sit/waive in

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $260,000 – $390,000
